At the dawn of its 90th anniversary, the cooperative cellar of Tain is constantly renewing itself and surprising us! Two great projects are about to materialize at the end of 2022: a new boutique in the city center and the renovation of the Villa Caroube at the foot of the Colline de l'Hermitage. It was therefore our duty to tell you a little more about these new house for the Cave de Tain!
It is one of the most prestigious PDOs in the Rhône Valley, considered by amateurs as one of the most delightful expressions of Syrah, it is celebrating its 85th anniversary this year: it is the Hermitage appellation. World-famous wines that are the pride of an entire terroir, the Hermitage is also magnificent terraced vineyards and an exceptional place offering a unique panorama of the Rhône river.
