Description
In the heart of the Saint Joseph appellation, we make Saint Joseph white wines predominantly from old Marsanne vines and red Syrah from old hillside vines as well as more recent plantings. The wines are matured for over a year in old underground vaulted cellars, which allow us to age them under optimum temperature and humidity conditions. At the end of this period, all the plots are blended (by colour) and the wines are bottled and ready to be enjoyed. A tasting room will soon be set up in the heart of the winery (to be opened at the end of 2016).
